This place is great! People here are well mannered , not like other service centres , you'll get your issue resolved here quickly . They have facilities like charging ports and comfortable sofa . The best thing Is that you can watch you phone while it is being repaired and they try their best to make sure that your product is repaired on the same day On the ground floor there is the experience floor and in the upper floor there is the service center

Worst service centre. Very irresponsible staffs they open at 11.30 and do not work with co operation.. this is my 3rd time visit and being a loyal customer of one plus but I never recommend to go their.

Not responding any calls . It is always showing busy whenever I am trying to reach it.

Best place buy one plus phones

If one has to exchange old one plus and purchase a new one please don't go this store. They don't give exchange value as much as you will get in Amazon. Plus the price is also more than the quoted price online.
