I visited oneplus store on 27 October with intention to purchase oneplus 11 5G as day prior i have inquired about offer to sales person. I came with icici card to avail offer. The moment we stepped in and started selecting color security person came and told us store is closing. No salesperson bothered to attend customer. Very pathetic service.
