I visited oneplus store on 27 October with intention to purchase oneplus 11 5G as day prior i have inquired about offer to sales person. I came with icici card to avail offer. The moment we stepped in and started selecting color security person came and told us store is closing. No salesperson bothered to attend customer. Very pathetic service. Never go the store as staff is too rude and not explaining the difference between 11 and 11 R on asking saying price jyada hei tu Acha hei Wasted my 1 hour 30 min precious time I have to gift mobile to my daughter and saying you can't club 2 offers exchange offer and credit card EMI benefits Which I get all the offers and benefits from R city mall store very helpful staff and saved my 11500/- which this store has denied Please check the offers from other stores before purchasing here
Visited OnePlus Store at Seawoods Grand Central Mall, bought Nord 3 smartphone. Good experience overall. Staff helpful, explained features well. Store setup clean and cool. Loved the phone! One suggestion: Offer some deals for existing customers too.
