OnePlus Experience Store - Cell phone store in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

The experience is positive, but each time I go to the service center, there is a large crowd and there are only two counters operating. I have to waste almost three hours there to create a job sheet, even though the staff is courteous and the token system works well. Keep in mind that every time you go, you are wasting too much time.

A huge experience store of OnePlus in the prime location of Ahmedabad, with a very unresponsive staff... Actually I purchased a mobile from this experience store, whenever we ask the staff to give any info about that particular mobile they first ignores us then reply us with almost very very less information.... Whatever it is , but the phone I Just bought from that place is awesome and nothing can beat the camera & processor of it.... literally big fan of ONEPLUS

It's an good experience for me. There provided good service and also provide coffee and tea for free to their costumers but some time you have to wait long time in service centre. I Suggest you to go early in the morning.

What an experience.. spacious.. clean..cool.. presentable.. and calm place. No one will jidge you here.. you must visit this place even if you don't have to purchase anything.. perfect mixture of technology and calmness.. loved this experience center..

Service is slow bcz according to them there is shortage of staff but when you look around you dnt feel it tht way unnecessary delay in everything whether you go for repairing or buying it doesn't matter simply I dont think they value their customer ohh also they would never answer the phone in case you try to contact them avoid calls it's a phone company but they prefer not to answer their calls

Worst experience. I had to come 4 times just to get an estimate of the cost of repair because everytime I came, the waiting time was more than 1.5 hours. Only 3 counters are functioning out of 5. We have to wait for so much time just to get a 2 minute opportunity to talk to the executive. It is worthless. The after sales service is so frustrating. During weekdays it is so difficult to wait for such a long time. During weekends too there is same situation of so many people. There is no improvement even when so many complaints have been registered.

#OnePlus showroom CG road... Sales and the sales counter staff are the worst. They need to be trained in customer care. How can #OnePlus afford such a non courteous staff! How can the sales staff show the 'Attitude' ! They need to remember that we come there to buy their products and not to beg! Look at the pictures, when I asked for water, they don't have paper cups or small bottles but instead they just show me those used bottles and asked me to drink from that... How pathetic! They have coffee machines for customer but they hardly serve. Let me clarify that I am talking about the ground floor Sales section but if you go to the first floor of the service section you will have a totally different experience. They are really good.
