I gave my new one plus phone for display replacement but the stock arrangements are very slow and bad and after more than 10 days they still don't give a proper solution. Still I have a phone with a broken display.

Very good service. Had warranty for my Headphones, exchanged in 1hr30mins. It was here at lunch time, had I come earlier, it would have been even faster. Since I did not return the box, They too returned only the device and spare buds. Come with the box and you can get a new box

The process which is a token system is good. But the management should understand that their time and their customers time too are valuable. Irrespective of the problem they are asking the customers to take the token and wait in the line. If the management mentions the problem can be solvable the customer can wait up to his extent. Even though after a long wait if we hear that the problem can't be solvable then the efforts which we have to keep somewhere else and time of ours will be lost. So I request the management to kindly first listen to the customer and know their problem. If it can be possible give a confirmation and ask them to take the token.

Excellent service! Very friendly and polite front desk employee who always never fails to answer calls and address any doubts & My phone was repaired within very less time by Kannan. The diagnostic are done really fast . They're trustworthy & are not time consuming in service

You have to unnecessarily wait for more than an hour even though with lesser crowd and the token system to get yourself attented. The staffs are very slow and not giving much or immediate attention to the visitors. They should respect everyone's time and respond at the earliest.

wonderful experience with this service center. I bought 9r 2 years back now it's has problem on green line issue. I contacted this service station then , they will advise me to me submitting mobile phone. within 1 day they will change my display totally with free of cost. thank you for your service.
