OnePlus Exclusive Service Center - Mobile phone repair shop in Pune - Pune, India

Very poor service. One plus services are in the degradation process. Obviously the competitor are taking over. The OTG port is not working for any 6 plus or 6T plus phones. I came to get it rectified in official one plus service center. And the following is said to me: 1. Ma'am, you have to take the backup of your data, we cannot give you assurance. (Please forgive me if I clearly did not mention that my OTG is not working and I am here for getting my data backed up from YOU in the first place) 2. Ma'am, your phone screen does not look stable, we cannot assure you the screen safety once it's opened by our engineer. (I am using this phone since 2018 and not once I have had issues of the unstable screen and now suddenly when I bring it to the service center my screen becomes unstable I mean common on) 3. Very interesting point - Ma'am, we cannot assure you the phone in the same condition as it is right now. So for that you have to sign a risk form in which we are not held responsible for any damages. (I thought I was here because I wanted assurance for my phone, if I have to take any risk I might as well go to a repair shop in my locality, irony is he gives me better assurance than the OnePlus brand service center)

Good Service, Nice waiting space. Just need to make servicing little bit faster.

Worst mobile service center.... as per their knowledge My mobile repair cost was 21k and the same brand new mobile cost was 17k... Don't visit the authorised service center.... Better check with local

Amazing experience at OnePlus Service center. Had issue with white line post update of Android 13 ( Nord ce 5G) , reached by 11:15 am, had some discussion about the issue after some time, my token number came. Handover the device asked about time for resolution. Gave time by 2-3 hrs it will fix as I was the only one and went early as possible, by 12:45 pm got call that my mobile is fixed that's to free !!! Screen is being changed completely without any factory reset thanks for amazing service!! Thanks guy's amazing service !!

Effortless...... Got my one plus 10R screen replacement done in ~3 hours. Token numbers are displayed on the TV screen. Enter the service center (opposite to FML entry in seasons mall) share your mobile number at the entry with the assistant and they will provide you with a token. Sit back and wait for your token/ name to be called by a person assisting your issue that day.

Great Experience, Staff were polite enough to serve better. Got Very Good and Faster Service off there. I was done with my job in 1.5 hrs only, while visiting there for Screen Replacement of My OnePlus Nord 2. It costed me Around Rs.8500/- Job was done with excellence, there were some adjustments in the repair which were done by the Repairing expert skillfully. Blessed with the Service..!

I'd like to provide feedback on the managing staff's professionalism. There have been instances of unfulfilled promises and delayed responses when seeking updates, which has been concerning. Improving communication and accountability would greatly enhance the working relationship.

Good support team. Well organised approach to customers. Need to improve on response time for initial discussion. The waiting time to get attended by a technician is high.
