Experience wise its ok. I went there for my screen replacement of nord 2. Initially i was told that it will take min 7 days for screen replacement and finally after 10 days my screen was replaced. Staff behaviour is normal, not very friendly i can say. After Screen replacement phone is working fine till now so i am happy.
It's good but they just need to learn how to manage the crowd there must be some ticketing system and display board for quick send better assistance
Extremely Disappointing Experience at OnePlus Service Center. The staff's attitude was incredibly apathetic and unprofessional. As a result of this unfortunate experience, I am now hesitant to continue with the OnePlus brand. The lack of customer service at the Kota service center reflects poorly on the company image. I sincerely hope OnePlus takes note of this review. I strongly advise against visiting the OnePlus service center in Kota. Unless drastic improvements are made to their customer response and service quality, it is better to explore other alternatives for device repairs or maintenance. As a loyal customer, I feel deeply let down and disappointed by this disappointing encounter.
Staff here is very rude and unprofessional, they don't know how to behave and act like they are owners. Very very very pathetic service, due to them image of one plus is ruining.
3 times I went to the store but the combo on my phone is not available. I live 200 km away from the center. When I asked for online payment, I told you to come here or it is not even confirmed whether the combo will be available from this distance. please visit your service center in Jhalawar

Well this place is not so modern , u won't get usb sockets on your chairs n stuffs to charge your phone or devices.Staff behaviour is satisfactory but the customer service ain't proper. They took 10 days for my out of order One plus wireless Z2 n know what? I stilll haven't got it. Hope I get it soon.
They didn't have 1+ charger and asked when will it come they had no update
