Always a little bit of rush. Maintaining tocken system for contact receptionists. Little bit small campar to brand and demand they should expand the showroom and manforce.
Very bad experience with this center, I went for display line issue, they have replaced the display and it stop working completely and replied that mother board issue will replace both display and board, after three months again display was completely gone so i went to Hyderabad customer service center they told this is not original display. So don't trust these customer center.
Worst experience received from the ONEPLUS technician they broken camera lens and they are not accepting the mistake and denied as it was there before receiving the device and checked with the images when given and there is no issues in image but they are showing it was there that I can`t see. for god`s sake I still don`t have `Sight` , For ``BEST SERVICE NEVER VISIT ONEPLUS SERVICE CENTER BRODIPET 4th LANE`` If u need a good service search for another store with good technicians. As a ONEPLUS user from past 6 years the most worst experience received from the Service center .
I Recently approached them for the volume rocker replacement. Even though the model was a little older they arranged the part in a week time and sorted it out. Surprisingly service waiting time was very less. Satisfied
I purchased ONEPLUS bluetooth headset through FLIPKART.It worked well for 8 months.after 8 months it didn't work .didn't charging .i went to SERVICE CENTER,I have one year warantee .they replaced with new one within 20 minutes. Very good response.thank u one plus and FLIPKART.

Service is quick. Rectified my motherboard problem which is under warranty. There is no support/warranty for phones which are purchased outside India. Beware about international warranty as ot is not supported in Service centers in India
