Have never seen such premium gym with amazing trainers and crowd and best ever equipments the most hygienic place from the day one till now .
One above gym has the best equipments you could find in nerul. The gym trainers are really helpful
and actually sound knowledgeable, but the cleaning staff they are doing a great job in the maintenance, not seen such guys anywhere else.Gym could be crowded sometimes so plan accordingly
I joined One above ( nerul branch )as an employee a while ago, excited to be part of their team. However, I've encountered a significant issue that has left me disappointed. Despite my dedicated work, the gym has not paid my salary as agreed upon.
I've patiently waited, hoping for a resolution, but it's been 3 months , and the matter remains unresolved. This lack of payment has caused financial strain and frustration for me.
I've tried reaching out to management( Sushant shinde Branch Manager )multiple times, but the responses have been vague, and promises to rectify the situation have gone unfulfilled. It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and professionalism.
I believe that fair compensation for one's work is a fundamental principle, and it's disappointing that One above has not upheld this standard. I urge potential employees to be cautious when considering employment here, as my experience has been far from satisfactory.
I hope that my review serves as a warning and encourages the gym to take action on unpaid salaries promptly. Everyone deserves to be compensated fairly for their hard work and dedication.
Love the facility. The owner is an amazingly young entrepreneur who runs this joint with pride.
All the trainers are amazing and polite. It's a safe and welcoming place for all. There are some grunting happening during heavy weight workouts, but like any gym... the decorm is maintained.
Adira the front desk host and executive admin is an amazing person who greets everyone with warm and empathetic welcome.

Me and my parents have been associated with this GYM for more than 3 years and we have witnessed consistent degradation of service for which they put band aid solution instead of fixing them all together.
The trainers who are taking Personal training sessions for their clients are often seen bullying the regular members to vacate the machines in order for their PT clients. The trainers dont wait but actually push the regulars to vacate asap. This is sickening
The owners haven't glued the fact that your business's reputation is a hugely important and valuable asset. Although you can't put a precise monetary figure on it, your reputation is what attracts and retains loyal members
I'll recommend street corner gyms in Navi Mumbai, as they are way better in delivering service to you

Hello guys I'm karan and this is a very Honest reviews of what had happened with me this is a gym where the front office people are the most arrogant in the world they treat you as if you are begging for there membership. Wow what a attitude instead of being ashamed they will proudly bang the phone on your face while doing conversation just coz they have become the brand name now doesn't matter they will treat people like this
Now you can imagine what if you guys will take the membership your time is wassted your hard earned money is waste you will be in tension every now and then coz of this staff.
