Good location, amazing view from gym . Machines are dated but sufficient for serious gymer. Kudos to Housekeeping staff to keep things very hygienic. Coaches are helpful and polite though I don't use PT. Decent and focused gentries

It has a very good atmosphere, all the trainers have a very good helping attitude and are polite. Also, it's location is very prime due to which it is easily accessible to people of Kharghar and CBD Belapur. Is very best for body building, high intensity workout, weight loss and regular exercise. Also provides dietician and body consultation services basis which your exercise schedule is prepared.

Best gym in kharghar as per me, crowd is very friendly gym trainers are also amazing and so is the management staff however a renovation is long overdue which I hope will be done soon :)

Holistic, Unbiased, Genuine insight Review: (worth 15 minutes of readers time) I am a beginner Gym Member of the Unisex Gym "OneAbove Fitnesss"~Kharghar branch and my review is an unbiased, holistic & an insight review based on my one month experience with oneabove fitness-Kharghar Branch. #History: As per my discussion & information, Mr & Mrs Shinde are the owners who started this Gym "The oneabove Fitness" in August 2018. It replaced the Talwalkar Gym which was in the same place with almost same staff. So, It's not the Talwalkars Gym! However, In my opinion, the Oneabove Fitness has outshined Talwalkars in terms of gym facilities, equipment, Staff & Trainers! #Pros: 1) Best Gym in Kharghar for the facilities they provide including: * 3 pep sessions; * Locker Facility; * 1 BCA (Body Composition Analysis)Test consisting {Obesity Diagnosis: BMI(Body Mass Index), WHR (Waist Heap Ration, Fat Mass, Muscle Mass); Protein & Minerals composition in our body.} * 1 Free diet counselling; * 1 Fitness Analysis (for understanding endurance level with body measurements) * Group Exercise for Thighs & Abs Workout * Steam, Shower and Massage Facility for members depending upon the plans 2) Spacious floor with energized music for motivation 3) Varieties of free weights, machines & well functioning cardio equiment available 4) Excellent diversity in cardio machines including ARC Trainers, Ellipticals & our well acquainted Treadmills (total 9). So one doesn't have to wait for another person to get his cardio over. We can use any machine & burn our FAT!!! 5) Support staff for maintaining hygiene everywhere! 6) Excellent Staff 7) Varieties of packages are available based on monthly duration. The longer duration plan you take, the cheaper it goes per month. #Cons: 1) A bit costly as compared to other gyms if your duration is less. e.g. : 1 month cost is Rs5900 which is too high for a month. However, worth joining for a long term plans of 4/8/12 months (Read Below). 4 months plan => around Rs 11800 so, Rs2950/month 8 months plan => around Rs 12999 so, Rs1625/month Note: These plans are as per Feb 2019, may vary later! 2) Steam bathroom should have been of a Bigger Size. #About Non-Training Staff: I interacted with Sonali Mam on the first day who is excellent for solving our doubts & knowing client's demands. She is very much professional & understands our requirement, which I believe is very customer-centered approach & a proper way to give importance to our requirement rather than just showcasing the packages they offer. (You would find the money-centered attitude in other gyms!) #Trainers: This Gym has two types of trainers: General trainers & Personal Trainers. If you are a beginner with lack of knowledge about proper forms & techniques, I would suggest to join a personal trainer. Personal Trainer it is a bit costly & has variations in their fees depending upon their number of years of experience. General Trainer are a bit newbie but has basic knowledge about forms & techniques for a proper & hazard-less workout.But, obviously they are general trainers so cannot be available for one single person for his/her entire session and they guide to all people who haven't opted for Personal Trainer. #My Personal Trainer Experience: It's very essential to opt for personal trainer, if you want to see the body transformation in limited time. I am very fortunate for being trained by the Personal Trainer: Shoaib. He is very excellent for resolving your queries by giving profound understanding of the type of workout you are doing with relevant analogous examples. He is a certified trainer & possesses excellent knowledge about Muscle Anatomy, illustrates everything in detail scientifically. I extended my plan from 1 to 4 months because of his well technique, knowledge & excellent friendly attitude. 10/10 Star for Shoaib! :) My Plans: 3+1 months CHCF (Complete Health Club Facilities)Membership Plan => Rs 11800. Personal Trainer => 15930 for 3 months with alternate days pep session.

I am having my workouts in One above, Kharghar branch since 2011. Most important thing is the hygiene they maintain on floor as well as in changing area. I'll say there is scope of improvement with new machine to be introduced, little more space management. Trainer are good, but there should be more general trainer on floor to take care of members. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good crowd. One main thing to highlight, with growing competition, timing should be increased till 11 PM. Overall satisfied with the service and working out in One above.
