PT are really good for beginners. Gym management is need to improve upon. Gym equipment are not upto the mark(sometimes machines are out of service).
Requesting for Ball balancing since 6-7 months and management has not bought it yet. No focus on members feedback / requirements. Some people call it biggest gym of vasai - virar.
The equipments of gym are too good and have so many of them. But the trainers just roam around and not train as per expectations. They are good in nature but thats not enough for bodybuilding. So it's a very good gym if you are well experienced person who don't care about trainers and also good for people who will be gymming with their friends as they can help each other. But for inexperienced+no friends, its not a good gym for you.

I would say good gym in Virar.
I spent some time here. Basically this gym is divided into part 1- is weight gain section 2- is relax section. Where you can do relax and some sports activities.
All machines were so good. There are many trainer who provide personal training as well as general training also.
So you should go ans take enjoy with new machines.

JLO gym is the first gym exercise and a beginner. Trainers are paramedical certified. They are helping and assisting me each and every exercise I am doing. Diet plan is also being explained as per my requirement.
