Highly disgusting centre. They have zero knowledge regarding any repairs related to phone. Highly mismanaged service centre with no sense of talking and making customers to wait unecessarily for hours. Very disappointing and useless team.
Worst customer care service centre of OnePlus. Visited here for my OnePlus 7 pro and OnePlus 7 very rude behaviour from the girl sitting on counter 3 very arrogant, don't know how to speak with a customer. After driving 45 km i came here and they told me that we don't have any parts. Very disappointed
Great experience till now, was facing some problem related to charging jack 1+9R and he took my phone for maximum 5 minutes and return me back without any of cost, I am very thankful for repair team & desk team who give instant solution

In my recent visit to 1+ service centre, i would like to tell some pros and cons of service centre. Pros 1. No waiting period for replacement of products. Like my 1+ buds stop working and they immediately replaced it in an hour. Cons 1. Very small 2. Customer attending guy is ok but the engineer is very arrogant. Overall experience is fine and my issur resolved in very less time.
Recently visited it bcoz of my phone's display just needs to be glued . I called the customer service and they told me to visit them it's 12km from my place and on reaching they said they can't do it
customer service is zero,very long waiting time & improper response to the customer.
Service is very bad. No proper way f talking. Staff is not good.
