Still no possession since so many years, pls inquire befor booking thoroughly
MAN Realty is not professionally managed. the project has been halted by MAN Realty for more than 2 years.
All contacts are blocked. No one is replying to call and email reply.
Personally not a good experience ... Was invited for a site visit wherein I was stated that they are open for a good negotiation... but the closing manager turned out to be rude during the meet to the extent that he was not ready to have a patient hearing and stated that if I am not ready to listen to him, then I better leave ... Just pondering if this is the state of affairs before booking, how would he treat post making the booking amount ... Sales personnel was much more understanding ...
Please be careful before investing in Man Reality Project. They will not give possession for at least 8/10 years. Man Opus project @ Mira Road launch in 2010 still no confirm date of possession after paying 95% payment in May 2015
One Park Avenue has good advantages in terms of Amenities and Location.

Located on GB road.. Touched to service road... Good location.. However project is Long pending.. Work in progress... But still need to look out for actual possession time
