Overall, I found the gym to be quite good in terms of facilities and equipment, but I do have one concern-- the membership rates are on the higher side. Its one of the Best Gym in Bhiwandi, with a Highly Qaulified and Expert trainer. The unique feature is you get expert coaching and personal attention regards to all your fitness requirements. Also you get expert nutrition and diet plan as per individual needs. They dont use gimicky marketing techniques.. but rely on delivering quality service to members. The owner Mr. Jayesh Taware is a very Humble and friendly person and always has helped me to keep my fitness goals in focus. Motivation is very important to keep goin on with your fitness goals.. and that is where OMR excels.. they keep on motivating the members to do more.. After all you get more, when you do more. Don't judge the gym by the look of the building. It has good machines to work out. The gym has different sections for upper body and lower body workouts.

All activities like HIIT, cardio, Crossfit, Aerobics, yoga, weight training, diet training are covered. The subscription packages are absolutely reasonable & best in the business. Excellent, They are very very professional trainers The proprietor of gym himself havinh mkre than 12 years prof experience, also he is celebrity trainer too, He is US, CSCS Scientific foundation 1st Clear, This level Trainer are very hard to find as their level is to give very proff like National or international level players, Cricketer etc but In This gym its very cheap compare to Mumbai n orther cities, The moto of owner is not to earn money but to give perfect healty lifestyle.
