Highly "not" recommended. Booked for my father but pathetic experience they had. If there was any option available in terms of minus service star, they deserve that actually. Room Fan was not working complaint made nobody came to check. Tea kettle was not working they was not worried to send again..no milk sachet ..no toiletries in bathroom ( even they are charging 6k for the room) and no courtesy for the aged guests to pick there luggage from thier room to the car. So this was our experience in terms of service. I recommend in this price just add 1000 or 2000 you can have brand hotel where you can have pleasant stay.
Rooms were not that clean at all, the pictures are deceiving. Second hotel where we had no window which wasn't great for adjusting to the time zone. Maybe we had to book a better room to get a window. The staff were friendly but not that helpful. We asked them if they could help us find an English speaking guide for the temple, a man walked us to the temple and left us there with someone that worked at the temple who was not a guide. I'd just rather they were honest - luckily we found an excellent guide online instead.
Excellent stay staff was very couteous. Ishan and aman from front desk helped us with site locations tour guidance and in everything from stay to street food. Thanks ishan and aman for making our stay memorable. Keep smiling and make people smile as you did with us. Thanks to both of you
We were a group of 60+. Not easy to handle. Hotel rose to the occasion to provide immaculate service and attention. Location is ideal being within a few steps from Darbar Sahib and Baba Atalji. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Builtin breakfast was sumptuous. Surely our vote for a revisit.
Had a wonderful experience and stay. Value for money. Most loving and courteous staff. Excellent room service and hospitality. Only disadvantage is that there is no designated parking space to park your personal car. Also there was issue with hot water
Shameshar Singh was the manager there, he was very pathetic doesn't know how to talk to customers. Was abusing in Punjabi language and was asking more room costing than actual the price was. There services were very poor , Will never suggest anyone to go there, they are not at all cooperative. Wastage of money and time.
The stay was very pleasant, staff was very helpful. Hotel is adjacent to Golden Temple which makes it even worthy. We loved the hospitability.
Best stay location in Amritsar I'd be happy to provide a 5 review for a hotel service and their breakfast . Based on my recent stay at the hotel, I found the overall service to be good . The staff was polite and attentive to my needs. As for the breakfast, the selection was decent. Gurpreet provided a good service.
