ONE BITE - Restaurant in Imphal - Imphal West, India

I had placed an order from swiggy and to be honest, it's way expensive and for the price paid on two burger and nuggets, I would rather eat in kfc cause the taste isn't up to the mark. Why to pay the same as kfc and eat something that had minimal taste. I had high expectations for this one. But it seems their chicken fries and pizza's are good. Well you guys can try that out but I would go for kfc anyday.

Experience at One Bite was rather dissatisfying, the ratings and reviews for this restaurant is quite exaggerated. I came here for my Sunday brunch, after reviewing maps for an hour to satisfy my mid Sunday Burger craving. I reached a moderately occupied restaurant with 8 tables for 4 each. My order was taken quickly and food was served in 10 mins, excellent and clean ambience.. have to give full marks to staff for hygiene and quick service wiThout the fluff. It was nice to see professional people at work. Disaster struck when food arrived, for a double Patty chicken Burger, I was greeted by a Burger folder in paper of the size of Mac Aloo Tikki. I was still hopeful maybe like Elevation burger, the size is small but the Burger might be amazing.. I quickly unwrapped the paper to see some excuse for Burger plastered with Mayo.. I hesitantly took a bite.. bun and Mayo filled my mouth.. maybe the next bite will be better or so I thought.. 4 bites down, I had given up hope to find the double patties. Discarding all the civility I decided to gorge on the Burger, messing up my beard and face (took me 10 mins to clean). after all the struggle I found 2 chicken nuggets stacked on each other.. referred graciously as double chicken Patty Burger.. hopefully this serves as a warning for others not to atleast order chicken Burger here. Good place to eat out with family. Neat, clean and hygienic place with air conditioners. Reasonable price.

The person sitting behind the counter intimidates the customers and the establishment definitely needs to show some concerns on the person representing the brand. He is not polite and at times confuses diner. The foot traffic of this establishment is extremely low as per my observation and it must be because of his rude, condescending display, which to my knowledge must be effecting your sales as well.

Hopeless food... They add chicken spine to their fried chicken just to add volume. And if u want ur establishment to do better, fire that A$$Hole behind the counter.

Taste isn't so good as expected. Not worth the money
