Please do not consider negative reviews, I was their for 5 night and trust me this place is so cool. Awesome location and safe environment. Clean rooms and good staff. I mean if we get this kind of service and amenities in this price then it's really awesome. Must go..
Service not timely
Delay in Every thing . Room Intercom not working and Even AC Remote is also not working. Staff Shortage or any issue don't know. But place is good for Medium Budget Family. If service and Some maintenance work will be cover then it will be Considerable to 3.5 star.

But only disappoint is drinking water. Hotel is not providing drinking water they provide 1/2Ltrs per day. Beyond that they will charge 30/Lyra bottel

They are not giving drinking water other than over all it's very Good. Highly recommended to stay this Hotel.But management should think about drinking water. And please change the geyser it's very small one
The Rooms were Pathetic and were lizard infested. When told to change room, we got a reply that we live in India , and it's common.
Worst breakfast served. I went with my family and it was not a good experience staying in this resort.

So far, my first and worst experience ever staying in Goa. The rooms, the food, the service you name it and can straight be classified as the worst of its kind.
A special mention of the resort manager Mr. Nitesh. A few minutes of chat with him will make you want to jump off the cliff of vagator. Such senseless arguments he presents.
When asked to be considerate enough to accomodate a room since there are pregnant women in the guests and toddlers, it is unsafe to have them hosted in the dilapidated first floors, we were rejected and finally given another shabby room in the ground floor after repeated pleading.
When complained about lizards crawling on the floor, he quoted "This is India and its common here". His incompetence in managing the property is justified by bringing the standards of the whole nation down.
Avoid booking this place at all costs.
