My experience with the hospital was, it cares more about the processes rather their patient. I had to keep my closed once waiting in hospital for 2 days without better facility, and without pre- surgery requirements, only because of the procedure. And on the day prior to actual surgery, they said that another test is required for approval of a govt scheme. Why was this not known before, and why should all the patient's suffer for hospital's processes???
