One of the best and budget friendly properties to visit at Mahabaleshwar. If you love nature and want to relax in quiet area then this is the best place to be in. The property is very close to Mapro Garden and some nearby points. Cozy and quiet place and close to nature, they serve home made foods, rooms are clean, Service is good. Please do visit Hotel on the rocks for best of the experience.
The hotel surroundings are well maintained. The greenery is enticing. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy albeit a little small. The staff was helpful and overall a good experience. The only down side was the remoteness of the place. It is a little away from the main road and the road to reach there can be quite narrow. Will recommend for a quiet stay and beautiful environment. Will not recommend if you do not have your own personal vehicle.
It was an overall amazing experience! The staff was very helpful and was available all the time. The food was very good!! Poha, upma, egg omelette. It was great experience. Will definitely recommend. Also, mapro garden, velocity entertainment and cheese factory are all very nearby to this place. Worth it.
Great service, very polite and cooperative staff, food was great, Overall experience was outstanding. I had some doubts after reading the other old negative reviews.... but our experiences was totally different. They provided the great service during our 2 nights stay. They even have Barbecue. The staff was very friendly yet polite! The location is nice and convenient to reach any point in Mahabaleshwar or Panchgani. Mapro garden is at walking distance. Yet the hotel is so peaceful and away from the crowd. Great stay with tasty food at very reasonable prices!! Don't believe on the negative reviews in the past
Worst experience of my life with pathetic and rude staff members. They just seem to be hungry for money. They will keep saying that all the rooms will be full and booked, and will try to charge more after you reach on this property. But, nobody booked it and entire property was empty. Then they will force you to check out early saying that some video shooting team has booked entire hotel for 7 days even though nobody booked this bogus property. You cannot expect even the basic food quality over here. Rooms and property isn't maintained at all. Hot water supply is bad in washrooms. Bed quality isn't up to the mark. I suggest everyone not to book this property at all. They will ruin your peaceful weekend as they did mine.
Pathetic bathroom,no hygiene,AC switch not present in room,remotely controlled by them , lights gone many times they have back up generator but didn't start unless you remind them multiple times,no hot water coming in tap ,
Very good and fresh food. Stay was pleasant. The only issue is network. Rest everything is excellent. Location is close to macro garden. So inshort best for a short stay

Good wax museum located in Mahabaleshwar right opposite to Mapro gardens . They have around 30 wax statues. Some are good some are fair. Entry ticket is 100 RS per person. You may spend about 15-25 min at this location.
