Pathetic place, poor staff behaviour, very bad rooms and rest rooms. Bedsheets are not clean, they never change bedsheets, no towel no soap. When I quarrelled with them they give me an used towel and bedsheet. The entire corridors and stairs are filthy with used clothes and other litter . A damaged lift makes 24x7 noise "please close the door". Can't sleep properly. Never choose this place until a major management and infrastructure upgradation happens to this devil mansion.
Not very clean They don't have spare bedsheets. They don't change the bedsheets after vacating the room. But other amenities are ok and the staff are reasonably helpful.
Hotel position and infrastructure is good, but very very poor maintenance. Nobody helps with anything here, nobody even comes to room for even water, no food service not even morning tea. Places are dirty, no cleanliness. Bad service.
They try to fool people . If you go to the hotel they will start room fare from 1000 rs . But their rooms worth rs 500 only. Room no 103 door doesn't lock .. bathroom door is full of termites and not even shuts property . Bathroom is very unhygienic ..taps are also sticky to tuch. Infront of secundrabad station there are lot of hotels just try there.
The pictures are fake and they changed our booking on the last minute without informing. The hotel is also not very clean and fails to match up to the pictures posted online.

Really very nice and excellent service and always getting good services from this hotel like hot water plates, tiffin and meals from outside that's why I'm giving 5 star rating for this hotel

A very good place for the food, ambience and the banquet halls. They have banquet halls for 200 capacity and 400 capacity. Well maintained and hygienic. Food tastes absolutely delicious and worthy. Valet parking is also available.
