Doctors seems to create emergency situation even when patient was doing fine. They discouraged taking second opinion. When decided to change hospital, the doctor kept pushing us joining on their referral. After joining in different hospital on our own, the doctor told patient is completely fine. Seems like Omini RK and their doctors are creating unreal emergency for getting more fees from the patient. I would suggest to keep away from this hospital. Bad experience I felt..

My mother ,81 years old got admitted in a very sick condition. She underwent treatment under Dr Venkatesh sir's guidance. Sir and his team took utmost care of my mother , treated her with proper medicines, monitored her condition continuously and ensured that she recovered well. It took us 12 days of treatment which was quite stressful but because of Doctor sir's able guidance and treatment we are about to be discharged. Thankful to all the duty nurses who took care of my mother (Sumathi sister, Sandhya sister, Sravani sister ,Pavani sister and Jhansi sister). Me and my family are ever grateful. We wish Omni RK hospitals all the best and wish that they continue to help sick patients recover and go home healthy

Worst staff especially in Omni giggles children hospital.... please don't refer this hospital.. my friend 4 month babe not check properly. Keeping 10 days in hospital but problem not at solved. Hospital management are look only money not take care for patients health.

Hi i am a dialysis patients since 3 years under the observation of Dr. J N Srinivasulu garu (nephrologist)and Soma Shekhar (Technician) they are the best doctor and best technician I have ever met they treat patients with good care. I always attend the dialysis treatment alone but from the starting date to till date they both support me in all aspect and mainly Soma Shekhar garu support me a lot when I was sick and was unable to go home alone. He used to help me to regain the health completely normal and let me go home. Soma Shekhar garu and Dr. J N Srinivasulu garu (nephrologist) help me a lot thank you for both of them

Worst staff especially in Omni giggles children hospital Billing team response is very harsh way. especially one lady sitting in billing and she doesn't have the patience and she is shouting on the patients and attendants while discussing regarding test which is not available in your hospital. And few of the facilities also not available in your hospital

Don't ever choose this hospital..Doctors who are working for wantedly.. make us to get admitted for money ...Even the blood report is fine..they are changing the values..in order to make the patient stay there for many days..Nowadays people don't even see its a kid being admitted...rather repeatedly they take blood tests..

My wife was a indoor patient from 03/08/23 to 07/08/23. The PRO and Reception account section tells the packages for NICU in a fixed amount Rs. 9000/-, Rs. 14000/-etc per day taking signatures in many blank forms as undertaking but they given bills charging thousands of RS. as Service & Procedures which shows the doubtful integrity of the Administration in preparing of Bills. When we just asked about the matter to clarify the same the PRO instead of clarify the same she denies to listen our grievances saying we told her negatively. When we requested at Reception to met us with HR of Medical for presenting our grievance but they not allowed us to meet. We cleared the all the dues of without any clarification.

I don't know how old this OMNI hospital but maintanence is very very poor. Air condition not working Housekeeping the worst. The hospital patient rooms worst then local lodges. Charging more then 4k per day. These people plays with people nececity nothing else. Gray color Bed sheets with stains. Hygiene is the big concern of this hospital. No covid protocol, no sanitizer, nursing staff also careless as they all are vaccinated. They are not sanitizing the room post discharge of patients. Hospital management playing with patients nececity, Hope the management will open their eyes. Staff behaviour very soft n polite, but very careless, all are looking for tips, which shows the poor management.
