They should be getting an award for running the biggest scam show in 2023,I used to stay in their hostel until February 2023 when my term of 6 months ended. I was supposed to get my Security Deposit ( 15000) back after 60 working days, but its been more than 4 months now and I still haven't received my S.D , on top of that the staff comprising of operational head and others , namely ( Sakshit , Robin, Suman, Dinesh, Chintan (their head ) refuse to pick up my call...

I was supposed to get my Security Deposit ( 15000) back after 60 working days, but its been more than 4 months now and I still haven't received my S.D , on top of that the staff comprising of operational head and others , namely ( Sakshit , Robin, Suman, Dinesh, Chintan (their head ) refuse to pick up my call. They have also blocked my parent's number and refuse to even reply back on the mail. Their customer care no is also a big scam, for if you dial their complain or refund extension, the line either goes dead or no one picks up the call. So its my humble request to look else where because this hostel or collectively YourSpace is nothing but a sham.

Nicest place for living and can find best for PG as they provide Food, Breakfast, etc. And very nearer to some Institute also.

Seems like a good professionally managed hostel faculty. Separate sections for boys and girls. Gym on basement and study room in ground level. A good canteen in first floor along with administrative office. Rooms though I find it very small with trying to fit in 4 students at max. Not opted by my kid as found a better PG accommodation elsewhere. Sorry pictures were not taken.

See there is a logic behind everything Staying here is not a bad thing...but the thing is.... in a small room 2 or 3 persons are residing and the respectives are given a bed and a matchbox like cupboard If you buy a house on rent say for example 1 bhk it will rent you around 1.25x (amount,where X is cost of this pg) If this got divided into equal half it will be around 0.75x per person Use .25x in food and other expenses..... Now why you has to do all this so called BHASAD?? WELL YOU KNOW THE ANSWER """"""RESTRICTIONS"""""""

It's an expensive hostel compared to others but the facilities provided are MAYBE worth it. But there is a rule for not allowing to order outside food to eat (who does that) it's bad as the quality of food is getting depleted continuously. It also have a gym in the basement (but with very limited equipments). Also there is separate charges for electrical and laundry so that add up to your costs too. So gather all the information first and then maybe think about for this.
