A very pleasant experience. Right from the reception area where you are clearly explained what is expected of you to do while you wait. You are informed of the number of people ahead of you so you get an idea of waiting time. The reception will check with you from time if you've had your water etc. Then the experience with the brilliant Dr. Kamat who is calm and professional and puts you right at ease. I will recommend all to go to a place like this for diagnostics rather than the large 'corporate' ones where you are just a number and no personalisation. Thank you Doctor and the team.

Visited the Clinic yesterday for an xray, the gown was stinking with sweat. Please focus on the hygiene factor. Insufficient hygiene knowledge increases the risk of infection and poses a potential risk to patient safety.

Good place, they take patients based on first come first serve basis. There is dunno l ultra sound, CPCT scan and X ray. The doctors are good. For ultrasound, minimum 1k per person.

Different types of medical tests are done here. Disappointed with the stuff. Stuff should be polite and helpful to their patients after all they get paid for the job. It's very insulting when u get a rude reply for a polite question in front of other patients. Hope they will do better in future.

It's almost 9.25am now still the X-ray OPG technician is not at reached we are waiting here from 8.00am as on website it's given that it open at 8.am but still the staff are not present on time. Rest service is good

Very poor doesn't deserve one star also they removed my OPG overlapping which couldn't be read by doctors also when i called them to resolve the query instead of giving they are trying to skip saying why u removed the x-ray which doctor suggested u y the doctors suggested give me the doctors number I'll talk to that n all that to i already visited and confirmed by there on staff about the x-ray as that person also confirmed me saying it's unreadable I request not to visit Omkar X ray clinic for any kind of X-ray since x ray or any kind of ultrasound are prescribed by doctors only we are not having any interest to do any medical checkups by ourselves nor anyone is interested to waist there money by simply paying n there is no outcome and if at all ur machines are not working then inform do simply fool people n make them pay and try to earn by fooling people

Worst experience the doctor is very rude and don't have patience n he treats his patients like an animal ...uses very bad way of language ...I will never go to him to do my hsg test anymorevery rude staff and very bad service .will never visit again .

You hardly find diagnostic center that does all the types of x-rays (dental, chest, lower ribs, legs, etc) in South Goa. And this one provides all of them. Staff is knowledgeable in their field which should be sufficient if you're anyways going to doctor to analyse xray reports. They accept digital payments. The only disadvantage or improvement I see is that they don't share soft copy of reports and most of the time you'll have to come another time on same or other day to collect reports which just adds inconvenience and wait time to your diagnosis.
