At walkable distance from the railway station. The guest house was at 8th floor. Thankfully, they had an exclusive lift service.The staffs were very accommodating. They were polite and courteous. They provided laundry service. Our requests to tea at midnight was also adhered to. The rooms were cleaned whenever requested for.

Nice place to visit always perfered, and service is good, recommend book in advance for availability, just bit expensive

I'm gonna be very much Frank about my review. First of all location is very good, only 5 mins walking from surat station, hotel is located on 7th and 8th floor of omkar chambers. I was staying here from 19 to 23 Feb , my stay here was very comfortable - 24 hrs check in or check out, 24 hrs lift, room cleaning done regularly , 24 hrs hot water, very clean and hygienic hotel.. bed sheets changed every day.. room service staff very helpful and owner too very helpful and friendly. They don't serve lunch or dinner only breakfast is served. If you are Muslim then PRAYER ROOM facility is also there on terrace for jamat prayers. Had a very good time here... A night you can see entire Surat from hotel 8th floor as well as terrace. I deducted 1 star only because I think they charged me a little extra on last day and also they don't have UPI payment , they accept only cash + 12 pecent GST.

The staff is good. Rooms are comfortable.
