Had One of the worst experiences. Arrogant and rude staff. The bed sheets were dirty , had to ask to change the towels twice still they were very dirty, no toilet paper. Water wasn't provided. Breakfast was very bad too. Only the room was big but nothing other than that was good. Very poor and horrible experience
Hotel is in front of a graveyard/cemetery.. Rooms were not clean.. Few cockroaches were moving around.. Toilet seat and basin was broken but was clean though (thats why didnt gave 2 rating instead of 1). Flush had some slimy substance on it. Only one towel was provided. Bedsheets were dirty. Light was going off for a few mins.
Poor service. We do not get water bottle after calling for it twice from room service telephone. Next day, when told, they were like ok mam. Continuous Leakage in basin tap. No proper bulb or tubelight, only fancy lights and laltans. Breakfast was only quantity, no quality at all!! No proper behaviour.

Location is great, service is good, but I'm not happy with the room quality. I'm very adjustable with accommodation but here the rooms were poorly cleaned and cockroaches were roaming everywhere. There was no soap or sanitizer in the bathroom so I had to ask for it. If you are hygiene conscious, this is definitely not for you.

Not worth of money, location wise its was accessible. Rooms maintenance was not up to the mark and the washroom was horrible and TV was not working and the bed was very dirty, they just cleaned after we informed you, if you are planning with family then its suggestible for one night if you don't have any other option. If management will focus on washrooms & clean rooms then it will help full to them.
The worst experience. Hotel manager was mannerless, rude & big time idiot. Was asking for marriage certificate because apparently married couples ought to have same surname. For breakfast they gave 2 aloo paratha only that too was inedible. Still feeling vomiting while thinking of the food, did skip the breakfast next day. They don't even provide a single water bottle. Room service was very poor. Bathroom was full of cockroaches. Water supply was smelly and yellowish. Unhygienic and pathetic room.
