I wouldn't recommend this hospital for these reasons:
1. The staff is very rude and make you feel like you should know everything.
2. They don't give updates on time, and they blame each other for problems. Because of this, we missed a doctor's appointment.
3. Waiting for a routine checkup takes a really long time. Pregnant women have to sit on a bench for 2 to 4 hours.
The service provided here doesn't give the impression of a private hospital.
We had a wonderful time delivering our first baby at Omega Hospital. The team of Doctors led by Dr. Shembekar is competent and professional. The support provided by the Nurses and supporting staff was second to none. The hospital needs to be appreciated for providing state of the art facilities in Central India. Thank you Dr. Shembekar.
