Security guards are rude and uncooperative. The power backup is a joke as it is only used for common street lights. The power goes for a good 10 mins and sometimes even hours and you are left with nothing. Final take too expensive for its use and facilities.

i am staying with my family . the security gaurds of this society is extremely mannerless their head named [laddi] . they disrespected my old parrents and sometimes me. The society has no covered parking for car and the car parking is very expensive after paying car parking fees still all the cars arey staying in sun rays there is no covered parking.

Poshest society to live in Mohali.Very secure for girls as security is very tight.Top class facilities with glass elevators ,gardens and very neat and clean.Students from wealthy families studying in Cu stay here mostly . Badminton court,gym,club House park etc are inside the society and as most of the students stay here one make lot of friends here .All in all superb place to live

The worst society ever. I would not recommend this society at all. The security guards are extremely mannerless and their behavior is very rude and bad. There is no support from the office as well. I stayed in this society for 4 months, and the guards would constantly tease girls and ask for their accommodation information. The society is also very expensive, and there are no benefits provided. Recently, I went to search for a 2 bhk for my relatives, and the office people were very uncooperative. Furthermore, the security guards started talking very rudely just because we were standing near the main gate discussing about the flat. I strongly advise you not to get accommodation in this society. It is one of the worst societies I have ever lived in.

Not a good place for family and kids. I wont recommend this place for family. As they are putting students on rent ad on every other day students create mess so its not a good place for family.

it's all about some people ruling this society and setting up such conditions which are harassing in nature. security guards are given unnecessary powers, which often leads to the harassment of students. road connectivity is pathetic at the current stage. the agreement is signed with their own terms and conditions, so overall environment for the tenants is not good, innocent ones are just imposed with fake allegations, and these things must be highlighted. if the society has issues with having students as tenants there, then it should not provide rental apartments to them at all. so, don't get misguided, and get a good accomodation elsewhere.
