Omaxe waterscapes - Apartment complex in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

It was indeed excellent experience while investing in flat in Omaxe Waterscapes project, lucknow .The possession of flat has taken over by me.The project was delayed due to Corona pandemic as there was no construction activities.

The apartment is still under construction phase. Builder has delayed the possession due to lockdown and as some other unknown factors.

Please don't buy an under construction property...even if it has a name like omaxe attached to it...we have also paid full amount but marketing people making fool out of us since 5 years... If anyone who is as disappointed with the builders and wants to file a case...feel free to contact me...

project is already delayed by 4 years and still no timeline, you you really want to dump your money in a dead property then invest in this, as i did. my badluck.

I booked flat in 2013 May. They told possession would be given by 2016. However there is no work going on at the site. There is no response from the OMAXE office. They have taken 95% of the payment and stopped the work. It seems they have diverted the funds. Biggest lesson of life, never buy an underconstruction property, this is our state.. We are on roads to get our homes and no help from any authorities.. for what we pay taxes, stamp duties, to see this..

Can someone let me know how much should I pay for this in per square feet? As I am scrolling through the comments seems like the construction going on forever? Anyon has any idea when this project will be completed?

It is a good project provided it gets completed. It has already been more than 7 years and these Omaxe official guys are firstly not picking up the calls. And if we somehow get hold of them then they just give any random date for project completion which is after 1 year or so. My father even had a direct on call conversation with Mr Rohtas Goel and he told that project will be completed by July 2021 and also told that it will surely be completed by at most December 2021. Well I do see some work happening but the pace is surely not good enough to complete the project on time. EVEN THE OMAXE CEO IS NOT SURE ON HIS TIMELINE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT

Another delayed project of Omaxe. Structure is ready since 2018 but about possession, omaxe is silent. Only take ready to move property and otherwise you have only option to see beautiful brochures of project or uncompleted structure. Don't rely on anybody before having deal with Omaxe and talk with real investors who invested their hard earned money in Omaxe. As per Omaxe Dreams never comes true. Third class builder.... Worst Construction quality can be seen from nearby delivered projects of Omaxe in which one can easily see the location of toilets from outside walls.
