The quality of construction is very poor, there is no treatment for ground water seeping up the walls and water seeping out of the down pipes. No treatment for termites either. The lighting of the paths is not adequate nor is there any safety from the side of the kurali road, any one can enter and create mischief
Having been living here for last 4 years, I completely endorse Omaxe Silver Birch society. The club, swimming pool and gold area is excellently maintained. 1.5 kms from Omaxe Tower and 6.5 kms from Chandigarh m, this society is suitable located from city.
Security Issue: Recently shifted to OMAXE SILVER BIRCH, someone entered our flat and attempt for theft. No security as their sales team claims. Only location is good far away from city hustle lifestyle. Back side open area but no security or lights. Very casual approach of omaxe team.
