in omax riviera living standard is good and all facilities are available there but there is a broker name Hardeep and Gurpreet Chilana they are very mean and greedy people and at the time of providing villa to me behaving good but when living the villa they behaved me very bad and in mannerless way and also try to throw me out from villa while I have cleared all bill so please do not take villa or flat from him

Zero star is not available otherwise I will give rating to below zero. So much greedy owner omaxe ,Victoria D flat no. 408. No rule from omaxe. Example with me. Without owner mail gate pass is not allowed. To clear this condition need to pay huge amount to owner. After paying the amount. Omaxe staff ready to release gate without mail on verbal communication. No mail required once you pay extra cash etc. This is called system. If anyone doubts then please check mail for Victoria D 408 flat in omaxe computer system for allowing gate pass. Really bad experience.
I stay here in this colony. It is quite a beautiful place. Under clear sky we often get to see beautiful mountains with snow iced on the top. Society is well maintained. You will get generator supply on powercut and many other facilities. It has beautiful parks for childrens equipped with swings, slides,etc.
It has so many huge park and apartments are also good, the "club" is also awesome...
Best place to stay in Rudrapur. All years all functions and celebration takes place. Cosmopolitan people from across India stay here. Good place to walk around have lot of green place. Shops , dairy , Club with swimming pool , Gym and steam bath facility available.Over all its a good place.
Very costly for rental/purchase. Surely the best place to live in Rudrapur if costs are if are ignored. It has a club, medical store, a temple, restaurants, a general store and all grocery/cosmetics and daily use items are available. Clean, Green and well maintained society.
