Yesterday i went to see movie gadar 2 with my family. At security check in cinema hall 4th floor security guard told that water bottle is not allow inside the cinema area so i left my water bottle at counter. But after some time i observe that some posh families carrying their water bottle inside the hall. I ask them rule should be same for all peoples after some discussion he gave my water bottle back. First time i went there it was bad experience for me. Bit security guard was polite and good. I think it was manage by management. If this is true it should be strict action on it. Because law does not allow to any mall can do this.
We used to go there for decathlon only. We had bought inline skates with protection. This time we bought a kids exercise ball and a 16"bike. Quality is always good. But they offer only warranty in India only.
Worst food service in cinema 4th floor, very unhygienic, the service trays were wet the soft drinks and popcorn are worst ever, counter staff is well groomed but not professional it's like you are in fish market. Some of the staff chewing tobacco paan gutkha @ the end of the movie near audi 1 stairs and the smell spread around due to ac system. A long wait for the parking from -3 etc.... no ventilation, if no air cooling at least extract fans to get rid of humid. Poor service, quality, out of standard. Just sourcing the money but no facility. 1 out of 10.
