Omaxe India Trade Center - Corporate office in Greater Noida, Brahmpur Rajraula Urf Nawada - Meerut, India

Very near to Delta-1 Metro station. The project is comming up well though bit delayed. Omaxe ITC will provide much needed place of stay for people participating in different functions held at ExpoMart and other events in Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway. They have collaborated with AmericInn, home stay brand owned by one of the largest US based hotel groups Wyndham. The office spaces in ITC are very small, not sure what purpose they are supposed to serve, apart from brokers of different real estate firms opening their office here. Shops should do good though most of them are small in size. With the logistic hub comming up at Dadri and transport hub comming at Boraki, ITC's significance will increase further especially since both of those hubs is planned to be connected by metro, but that is a good 5-7 years from now.

This project is yet to be complete, we are waiting to occupy our office at designated floor but due to basic amenities are not ready like lifts, washrooms etc. we couldn't occupy. It was my planning to start my office after my retirement but there is very peculiar thing is that nobody is ready to address on the issue. If anybody may help in regard we would be highly oblige.

Omaxe has not delivered the project. Promised returns on investment have stopped. Any communication with Omaxe to get a status update does not fetch a reply.

I hope this project will be completed soon. Has the potential to be a good hangout place of completion is done quickly. Currently few departmental stores, salon, gym and restaurants/cafes are there. In premises (limited slots) car parking is free as on date.

Any group of buyers of itc pls do share link to join .. we need guidance and support..no one from omaxe is responding on project.

Many options now .you can go for your household shoping as well as for some tasty food . Restuarants are there for North Indian food lover .Apart from this my new favourite place The Burger Company, perfect place for having fun time with your family while having yummy burgers and shakes and much more .

Super expensive shops on ground floor. Escalators not working.

Your company is best but your security gaurd incharge Mr.joginder is very bad man,, all customers with abusing, bad behaviour,, so please terminate this man asap. Many complain but no any action your side.. Strict complain restricte this man Mr joginder
