Omaxe Heights - Apartment complex in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

As at a very good location I heard lot about this place... so went there on rent but it is surprising lots of people leave this society within 6 months of their stay... There are many reasons people generally don't stay here for long time - There are many stray dogs living inside the society which is a obvious a safety challenge for kids and old age people. There are four towers 5,6,7,8 where lift doesn't goto basement you have to go another tower for approaching the basement where u will park ur car. In basement, you will also find stray dogs. Another challenge you will face there about car parking... people park their cars according to their convenience... every time you face this issue when you come back after a long day in your office because there must be another car in your parking mistakenly parked by someone. For cleanliness is ok ok... not as clean as it should be. And resolving all above issues RWA is helpless. So if you are coming out of Lucknow, don't chose this place as it will cost you double to shift again. This place doesn't provide you feeling that u r in a good society and safe environment.

One of the best chains of apartments in Lucknow. Very cool campus with lots of playing options for kids and as well as young guys . Visited here on 20th April Here's a quite decent swimming pool also which can be accessed by the campus people only .

Society is good and residents are friendly however sciety has big issues of strays. They bark all night and disturb our sleep. These dogs also bark at delivery boys and chase kids cycling in the society roads and harden. These dogs have also bitten many kids. Due to these dogs, many children have stopped playing in fear of being bitten by them. Strays are dangerous that too during night if you are walking /driving. Many residents are not parking their vehicles in basement due to dog bites fear. Many times they have damaged car/ bike of the residents. Society needs to find the solution related to nuisance created by strays. Dog lovers must come forward and adopt maximus strays. They can't just offer biscuits which causes health issues to stray.
