Very expensive service charges 2000 Rs. For any transaction. For name correction, they were asking 11000 Rs.

I have traveled on 25/10/19 from Manchester to Hyderabad I have worst experiences in my flight the air hostesses who is in the flight she served me ice cubes in the used glass the staff was not at all friendly and that to my flight got delayed for 8 hrs in Manchester and they told me they gone a pay me compensation amount of 600 euro's they did not pay me till now they are not even giving any response from mail or calls I will suggest everyone not to use this airline

I travelled to India on the happy occation of my son's wedding on 4th December 21 on Qatar airways. My return ticked was postponed from 31st December 21 to 7th Febrauary 22 without my concern by the airlines. I booked a ticked from Hyderabad to JFK on 30th December 21. Oman airline person at counter could not print my ticket due to mistake in my name in the connecting Turkish Airlines. I waited for 2hr 30 min in waiting area. Only Mr. Bharatendra one of the Oman airlines employee struggled and printed my boarding pass to Muscat and made my day to reach to USA. Thank you young man god bless you.

A very no-nonsense outlet of the airlines. Staff is well informed and helpful. Very easy to get bookings or cancellations done. Atm is very close as well, in case of cash necessity.

Very bad services in Hyderabad, i am trying to call them for cancellation but they are not responding the call, what the hell your service . very upset
