As my personal experience I am lucky that I joined om yoga ashram as it not only increases my flexibility but also help to increase my concentration. As a student it help me realise importance of physical exercise and yoga. The best thing you can ever gift your body is yoga and the mentor (guru ji) is kind and pushes me to get out of my comfort zone which is not easy but once you do it is one of the best feelings. Overall my experience is great!!!!!

As of my personal experience due to studies I am not able to give even an hour to my body due to which I frequently have backache and headache mostly frustrated, irritated but after joining I do find myself in different state. I find peace of mind, it feels good to give your body an hour. It increases my flexibility, and concentration. It boost my confidence and clear my mind, felt inner peace. it help me to realise the I have no control over my body and it is necessary to have control over it. Overall it is a wonderful experience. Love to be a part of this Thank you

It was a great experience I have been going since 1 month I had a problem of continuous headache now I don't have to suffer from it after going om yoga ashram, my sleeping , eating , and whole day schedule has been changed. I also have the problem of low haemoglobin but in month I increased drastically. I'm very awful to join this ashram and special thnks to mr. Om sir.

I am doing online yoga. The experience is so amazing that my flexibility level has increased many fold. Apart from feeling physically strong, i feel more stronger mentally aswell.
