Om Shanti Arcade - Hotel in Belpahar - Jharsuguda, India

The hotel is very good as it's price. And their staffs are very helpful. Once a time I reached belpahar at 10 o clock in the night and there was no way to get there to the hotel. Then I call a staff of this hotel name chandan to pickup me from here and he didn't tell me anything and reached at me in 10 min. And thats why I saying there staff are very helpful and good responsibility. Human being

Room is clean and service of sanjit kumar pradhan is also excellent. He is serving his duty quite responsibly. Behavior with costomer also very good .

I stayed over in this hotel as paid quarantine was available in this hotel. The room service and the facilities were simply awesome... There was no delay of the service but you need to order your food/tea prior as the shutdown was there from 6 pm. 24/7 electricity with water supply was available. The manager of the hotel Mr. Rakesh was fabulous. He was very helpful... In a single call he was available. You will feel like a good friendly hotel.

The hotel rooms are clean,nice and spacious.breakfast offered with a wide variety of foods the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms,calm and quiet behavior of the staff. Every Indian food is available,price is so low,any one can afford it. As per the current pandemic situation they are taking extra care ,social distance is maintained ,rooms were well sanitized this is all i have to say, so keep it up Om-Shanti arcade Team. Good job, Keep it up.

People and staff are very supportive. With less staff during covid 19, Mr. Anuj, Mr. Rakesh and Chandan are giving full attention to their guests..In the first few days, lots of issues were there like DG/Inverter not working, but hotel team has resolved the issues keeping the things on priority...Still there is a lot of scope for proper maintenance of lift, washroom etc. but overall it's a best cost effective hotel in Belpahar where you can stay with your family..Will give review again if things changes.

It's fantastic. I stayed for 7 days and there is not a single complaint from my side. Hospitality is very good, it's clean and well maintained. The food provided is also very tasty, healthy and hygienic . Don't think twice just go for it, you will not regret
