Om Sai Ram Travels - Taxi service in Amritsar, Amritsar Cantt. - Amritsar, India

We booked to travel from Amritsar - Dalhousie - Dharamshala - Beas. Car was in excellent condition and driver was polite and humble at the begging but as journey progressed he was just ignoring our questions and never guided properly. Every single day when we were done with our itinerary he was telling us that we could have covered additional locations if we had spent less time on each view point. Sometimes he was arguing with us and his behaviour was not acceptable at all. We felt like he is doing a favour on us to take from point A to point B. On our 2nd last day he told us that he is waiting to end this journey as our journey was of 6 days all his days went bad and his mood will be like this till the time he is with us. Not sure what was his problem but on day one we should have changed the cab and driver.

Really great service. The cab, drivers and the owner are really great. Have been booking the cabs from this place over an year now and never got any chance to complaint about there service. The best in town I would say:)

We made a trip from amritsar to dharmsala,dalhousie and back.Mr Ripon who was the owner was very helpful.The best thing that happened to us was the driver,Mr Kuldeep Singh.He is extremely proffesional and a gem of a person.I have made many trips,hired many drivers but never met an amazing person like him.He takes care of the car like his own kid.He treats his guests like god.The service and the behaviour of this person is something very few people provide nowadays.He was the reason why we had such a wonderful trip.Knows the roads by heart and takes you everywhere for sight seeing.I am planning to make another trip,send my family and friends only because of this person.Very satisfied with the trip.

Journey was ok..driver Sanjeev Bhardwaj was good and cooperative..he guided the journey well but the owner was rude and very impulsive.He should work on his temperament issues and should learn to deal with customers ...He can yell at his workers but customers can't take it...!
