Here you can find the vat tree(banayan tree) on which vettal used to reside. Situated at a distance of 5km from mahakaleshwar mandir. The temple is situated at the bank of river kshipra. The government needs to take care of such historic places/temples. Holy river water was dirty and visitors had to take a bath in that water.

Very famous ghat for the hindu poojaa like kaal sarpa etc. Nearby shipra river is available to see. There are lots of priest available there for getting done the pooja n all. But some of them are very famous and old. Parking facility available there and all the pooja stuff is also available there,

Worth visiting but very bad management. Very dirty. You can't even enter into river as it is with full of plastic waste . No cleaning happens at all. It's sacred place but it is not maintain like that . Not sure what local governance doing and state government doing.

Very divine place, you can feel its power only when you are present here, no photo or word can compared with such feeling... Other than that the place is very spiritual... Lots of monkeys you can feed then with all the items available there for sell these monkeys don't harm anyone they take everything you offer to then very lightly just like a pet... But they are not pets they can rome around mandir parisar any where they want... If you are visiting here please search this place history to get more meaning to the trip...

Nice place but is generally quite crowded with people coming for puja. Ample parking space and food stalls available.

This place is under renovation. The main gate entrance is visible from the main road. They are building some ghats on the holy Shipra river. You can offer your prayers here. Like other places of Ujjain you can see the giant Diya here too . This place comes under the tourist attractions list of local guides and autowala so you can easily go there. Autowala will charge you 300-350 rupees for sights seeing which includes 5-6 more places other than this. I reached there a little late visit in the day time to enjoy the place.

Holy place... Supposed to be one of the Wat (Tree) among four sacreded wats (Trees) in Hindu Religion...

The river is completely covered by common water hyacinths.
