Very bad experience because everytime morning trainners r busy talking with girls.if u r get weight trainning it's u own risk because trainnners r busy with talking others people.i think management has blind or not interested taking action.if u get timepass of post your photo in socia media u join this gym.
To be honest , there is no gym in Silchar providing the range of equipments they do ... My suggestion will be they should change the dumbells and hire or train staff to act and behave professionally ... I would still rate it a 5 star because of the fact that no other gym in Silchar is as advanced as this gym ... The room for improvements is narrow but the need of the hour. Trainers are expected to behave in a friendly but professional way ... Pros: 1. Best Gym equipments in town 2. Squat Rack and Deadlift platform is available 3. Teaches professional MMA 4. Location is good 5. Has ample parking space. Cons: 1.Unprofessional trainers(Not All). 2.Not open straight 6AM to 10 PM. They run two shifts morning and evening , you are allowed to attend only once per day .Because of this gym stays overcrowded rest of the time . 3.Dumbells need update.
