Om Sai Fish is a great fish store with an owner who clearly knows his stuff. He is knowledgeable, fluent with his work, and seems to truly enjoy what he does. I was impressed with his level of expertise and his willingness to share his knowledge with me.
That being said, I do feel like the shop could benefit from a few improvements. For one, I would love to see more variety in the types of fish he offers. While the quality of the fish he does sell is great, I think it would be nice to have a wider selection to choose from.
