Staffs were always on their toes when I needed them. Very safe for fellow women backpackers. Rooms, bedsheets were very clean inspite of the fact that the building is still not fully constructed. Place is very peaceful and is just 5 minutes far from the airport, market is also in walking distance from the hotel. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at om paradise. Thx
Room was good but place is mostly empty, room rent for two people in AC was 1800 with breakfast included. For non AC two people we had rent of 1200. No lunch or dinner included, but those can be placed on extra order. The check in period is of 24 hr and not 12 hr.
It was an excellent stay in Hotel Om Paradise. Everything was neat<br/> and clean.Staffs behaviour was very fine. Single, couple or family can stay there in safely and peacefully. The hotel authority and staffs are very cooperative. 07.06.2019
Had a booking with this hotel through OYO. We had made the payment for 3 nights. When we reached the hotel, we were told they are no longer associated with OYO (even though there is a big OYO sign outside). We were told to cancel the booking. We cancelled because of this and OYO charged us one night's tariff for no fault of ours. Phone calls to OYO customer service has not yielded any results to our satisfaction. Our email to OYO has not yet been answered. Extremely unprofessional on the part of both the hotel and OYO.
