Om Guest House - Guest house in Varanasi - Varanasi, India

My recent visit at this guest house left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the location was average , located in narrow streets. The room was generally clean and comfortable, but small providing a decent night's sleep. However, there were some downsides. The amenities were quite basic, and I expected more for the price. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which was frustrating for both work and leisure. Additionally, the staff, although friendly, seemed a bit disorganized and unresponsive to requests. this guest house is a reasonable choice if you're on a tight budget and prioritize location. Just be prepared for some minor inconveniences in terms of amenities and service.

Location is quite good because of vicinity of Assi Ghat . No service. Room charges are high. Just a flat of someone . Nothing feel like hotel..

Rooms are Dirty. Almirah is fully occupied by the owner's clothes and sandals. Nothing much can be done with mosquitoes. We had to clean the room ourselves. I even feel it is used by the owner when there are no guests. The owner is very good and soft spoken. But things are very badly managed. Bas chal raha hai.

Pathetic place. No cleanliness, nor any facility. Washroom has spit marks and used shampoo sachets. When the electricity goes off even the fan stops working. I never had such bad experience in my life. The only good thing was the man's attitude which was polite but that too doesn't justify the price paid for the room. I would have given the place a zero star infact minus..

A very average place to stay near assi ghat. I booked the room through phone and the AC room price was 1200 for double bed. They had one extra mattress also and per extra person charge was 100. The room was decent and AC was working good. RO water was available for occupants. Location of hotel is not great it's in a gali so you have to walk to and fro to assi ghat road to catch any auto. TV was there but remote was not working. No other facilities were there. Cleanliness was also not great. So a decent average place at comparative low price.

I have booked a hotel (Om guest house)in varanasi and made the payment online through easemytrip. When i reached the property they told me that we are overbooked so look for another hotel and for your refund talk to easemytrip customer care. I have maked almost 7 calls till now and there is no another proceedings till now and i have not got my money till now. Unfortunately i have to now go to consumer court portal to resolve my problem.

This Is best one in this price in that area. Rooms are decent, not luxurious, excellent for frequent travellers and short stayers. The owner Mr Neeraj tries his best to provide any help. Though i had commin bathroom, still it was cleaner than i had expected. Overall good stay. This hotel is just about 1.3 Kms away from BHU gate and about 0.6 km from Ganga Ghat i.e. Assi Ghat, all at walkable distance.

A horrible experience for the first time with a pre-booked accommodation. No one in the front desk for a help in this very dusty, unclean and disordered guest house. Booked room with balcony but he showed a cheap dirty room. Whomever acted as manager showed insulting behavior - to me and to my wife. They have no record of room booking and don't have any idea of guests coming. No one in site to clean the room, and manager wants guests to clean everywhere. He is reluctant to listen and check if guests have any complaints. No good water supply. Mosquitoes are filled inside. But we had to accept these stay as it was late night. Wasted all money and lost sleep at night. I never recommend this place.
