Everything here is good and clean ,best children's hospital yet seen
The doctors was good in day but in case of night emergency doctor could not pic any call in emergency. I was personally experience 2 to 3 time, recently yesterday was the same. Sister call to doctor for 3 times but doctor don't pic up any call and finally we would shipped to another hospital.
Knowledgeable Dr. But hospital ambiance is ok..hospitals special room is not good by facilities like ac is not working good, toilet flusher is not working...
On the recommendation of Senior Doctor Girish Vani, who is highly respected, my son was admitted to the hospital after being diagnosed with pneumonia through an X-ray report. The hospital staff was cooperative and the rooms were tidy, including the well-maintained toilets. The hospital accepted cashless claims from Star Insurance, and I submitted all the necessary documents.
Although the doctors prescribed local medications, which were priced higher than popular brands, my son's reports were normal within three days and the doctor discharged him. However, the claim included charges for five days, which I found suspicious.
When I raised the issue, the doctor explained that the hospital had an MOU with insurance companies, but they were not paying as per the bill, so the hospital had to overbill the patients by showing extra days. The total bill was 15k, but they claimed 33k+. At first, I agreed with the doctor, but after the claim was processed, I received an email from the insurance provider indicating that they had paid only 27k. This made me realize that the doctor's explanation was a big scam to cashless policies.
I strongly discourage such unethical practices, especially when it comes to the well-being of our children.
We have been coming here since 3+ years. Doctor is well experienced and cheaper than other doctors. Good treatment and facilities
