This gym is a great place for anyone looking to get into a good shape. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment which is more than enough for almost any exercise. In the beginning, a form is given to all the members wherein they provide a basic workout plan according to the body measurements and fitness goals. The thing I don't like about this gym is that its too crowded and the machines aren't sufficient. So we have to wait in a queue to get our turn to perform an exercise (early morning and afternoon is crowd free time). Also, some machines are too old and make noise. They keep on changing the machines every now and then, moving stuff from one place to another, and sometimes between the gyms. The parking space is not adequate during rush hours. The trainers are knowledgeable in their field and guide everyone for the posture and exercises to perform. All in all, it's a good gym with all the machines and good trainers. However, there are some downsides like old machines and overcrowded.

Best and affordable top class gym in Bhavnagar. Trainers and every staff is very friendly. Ecosystem is very good.

This gym has have each and every equipments and activities (aerobics/yoga,etc) at very affordable prices and they provide diet chart which is totally worthless yes they give every member same diet chart(2200calories) no matter what is your age,what's your weight,what's your mainanatce calories but this was acceptable because at least they providing something and it will help you in your initial stage.my advice is if you really wanted to transform your self Then consult with a certified dietitian or else educate your self about calories and stuff via youtube(which is i am doing for my self).

I love this place very much... By the way i like gym too much,so i like this place..but this is very comfortable and peaceful place and their trainer are very much aware and polite ...they all give us very best and important instructions for health.... I ever seen this type if cheapest and best gym in bhavnagar...

Some lady tranier must improve in their speech with members. Some have no idea about how to use instruments proper way.
