Before 3 months GYM was messed up and the management was not proper at all after the management has been [ KARTHIK SIR & VARUN SIR ] changed the GYM have improve their facility well hygienic and proper manage and well equipped GYM in ulhasanagar-4

The trainers are really good. While I was there, trainer Vinod Mishra trained me for a few days. He's knowledgeable about good health. He gives exercise according to our body type. He is excellent in encouraging and is always there to guide to correct our form and posture. I was happy with my experience.

My Experience at this gym is so far is very good.. And this gym all the necessary equipments to get your body in shape. The Crowd of this gym is very decent. Vinod Sir Is very helpful and Pays attention to each and every customer

The air conditioning is not functional, which is a notable issue. Moreover, the primary component of the music system is non-operational, rendering the use of earbuds necessary. Additionally, the water cooler is currently out of service, and the changing room is unclean. Furthermore, there is no free-weight incline bench available.

Gym is good all modern equipments are available, me and my friends daily go to gym from ambernath just because of PREM sir. His a good trainer I'll suggest everyone who need PT try to get it from Prem sir.
