Here is my honest reviews and I went for five Months( remember I don't have any friends in this gym). 1. This gym is budget friendly, more value for the money you pay (AC, storage space for belongings, mineral water, Clean washroom & etc.) 2. The Trainers are friendly and you can approach them at anytime - they will teach you patiently & friendly. 3. Even though the gym is not very big it has got all the necessary equipment's that are needed to get well trained. Overall I will suggest this gym
Mr. Prabhu is one of the most efficient and knowledgeable instructer. He is very friendly . Gym infrastructure and the equipments are clean and good. Team Olympia can provide diet schedule .
