Olympia Fitness Centre - Gym in Madurai, Melapanangadi - Madurai, India

I was an active member of this gym for almost 7 months.The gym has decent equipments and good trainers, But there is no freedom for the clients to follow their preferred work out routine. I personally wanted to shift to 'push/pull" routine from the normal " Bro split" workout routine that is commonly suggested there. Even though they didn't care what routine I was following, I was constantly bullied and made fun for it. If you're someone who prefers to drink energy drinks while you workout then this gym is not for you,cause the usage of energy drinks inside the gym is strictly prohibited as they say. You cannot charge your phones inside the gym, please note that as well before considering this gym. If you're planning to subscribe for a yearly subscription,please note they have the power to kick you out whenever they want to, even for personal reasons,and they will only refund half your payment. The only reason i was continuing at this gym for several months is because this was the closest gym i could find next to my home. On August 1, 2023, I renewed my gym membership for a month only to be kicked out 2 days after that, because of a dispute over the usage of energy drinks inside the gym! So considering my experience i would not suggest this gym for a beginner. Because you'll be constantly bullied for how little you know about the fitness. I have been working out in this gym for the past two years. Very caring and friendly. Strict on disciplinary action. Equipments are well maintained. Great place for passionate people. Best gym at this fees structure.

Olympia fitness center is the Best Gym in Madurai, Trainers are highly skilled and friendly. gym master provided me good nutritional knowledge support and workout Ideas, when I have joined the gym I was about only 50kg but now it gained 11kg in one month it's because of their motivational support. Gowtham master and Prabhu master both are kind and good at supporting the beginners.

Mr Gowtham, my trainer he stands by you patiently till you finish the set counts and makes you do it. He can just sit and monitor your weightloss and say that your work outs aren't enough to lose weight and even can provide strict diets, but he goes an extra mile to make you smile looking at your transformation. I used to weigh around 140Kgs and then 3 months later working out and following diet tips of Mr Gowtham lost around 20Kgs, and I still hit gym to lose more and strengthen a lot. Remember that Body and Mind are phenomenally connected, if you can keep your body still, the mind will so do after a while... stay fit, live healthy. Thanks a lot brother.

Up to my knowledge the best gym I ever gone. Gym trainers are well trained and will do train the clients with personal care. And am damn sure a tremendous change will be noticed in our physique.
