I would give minus stars if that was an option. Front desk was very rude while talking and kept on changing facts as we spoke. Rooms are small and not much alike as in the photos. Not clean and there were cockroaches all over. The bedsheets had stain and were ripped apart. The ac was just for show. Everything was negotiable until the rude behavior came in. Too rude, the voice, the expressions, the attitude and the tone. He also had spectators to watch his little rude show so yeah, it gave him a boost. Please don't go here, there are much better hotels in this area within the same price range and much better cleanliness and proper, hospital staff. I don't require a reply from the hotel, NO THANK YOU. You can keep it to yourself like how you kept the hospitality hidden. Bye.

I had a decent and good comfortable stay. I had seen many reviews before making booking here, these people are very strict of not allowing visitors inside the room may be because of this reason they got many bad reviews, one way this is good for inhouse customer safety.

Staff is so arrogant and creeps. Misbehaved to us and tried to steal our belongings. I've never seen such uncultured people being in reception ever. They were constantly using bad words and swear language thats too offensive and was trying to peek into guests privacy. Even nomads show better culture. Had to cancel an entire day booking within half an hour of check in. If you respect yourself and respect the fellowbeings never put your head on to this ruthless place ever.

The room was bit small .. but in that price range it was good .. the staff is very very polite and very helpful... Hotel is clean ..and located in main road so no need of any searching for hotel ... Easy to travel...

really nice location if you love wandering on streets and eating Street food and buying thrift stuff. but the hottel was terrible there was fungus all over the bathroom door and walls if you are cleanliness freak you will absolutely hate it. Also rooms are too small bathroom water gets in room while showering. you need to call twice even for bottle of water. don't go unless you love fungus. even bedsheets were not clean.

Can't even give a star for the uncultured and ruthless behavior of the staff. The attitude of them was insanely bad. When we complained of the facilities, they were cheap enough to call us with bad words and uncultured behavior. No family persons can go there, coz no one knows what those staff would do to us.

The hotel staff and manager is not trust worthy, beware of your luggage and belongings else you will lose. Hotel room is not clean dirty bedsheets and if we complain their manager they laugh using bad words in malyalam, should avoid this hotel not safe with lady members.

Place some staff who has basic decency. Regret for being there. Staff were uncultured and nomads who use the cheapest language of all time. Luckily we got out with no harm. It's insane
