The worst hotel of my life. Don't ever go never. 1) Garbage manager: I booked with Agoda, showed the receipt and reservation confirmation, but refused, saying there was no reservation. It left me standing for an hour at dawn, without really finding out what was wrong. Later, I finally contacted Agoda and gave him a room as if he were a red-handed person if he knew. I am very angry at this trashy manager's attitude. 2) The room is rubbish: no soap. There's no window. The shower is broken. It's loud. 3) This hotel should go bust.

rooms are spacious, washrooms are clean and it is a well maintained property. location is also convenient as it is at walking distance from the main road. staff is cooperative and service is quick. the only drawback of this hotel is over expensive food. recommended for a short stay.

A very basic accommodation close to the airport. The rooms are dirty, so are bed sheets. Some kind of very pungent air freshener is used, it made us dizzy and gave headache. The warm water was available after calling the staff that turned on heating device and then waiting 30mins. Also the problem is loud neighborhood. Also the staff asked us to pre-pay with some India-specific payment app - this was not mentioned in the booking conditions.

Absolutely disgusting. Not sure when the pictures were taken but definitely a scam. We were promised a bed and an extra mattress. The bed sheets were old and the "mattress" was more like a rag. They left someone's old towel in the bathroom and a pair of sandals on the floor. Clearly they don't clean very much between visits. We left the hotel and booked a nicer one for less money in the area.

Awful hotel, booked a three people bedroom and they gave us a dirty mattress on the floor. It is a scam. We got our money back and left for a better one. Room was also not cleaned and still had old slippers and used towels inside

Hi everyone My best regards to Olivia hotel. It is really good service for Indian style. Clean, calm, A/C room, normal food in hotel ,my order was chicken clear soup& rice. Good taxi to airport. Thanks for service,it is very important for Delhi! :) With best regards, Angelina

I booked room 1 week earlier and after reaching hotel on the desired date... they said that rooms are not available, i showed them my booking detailsbut they didnt coperate such a bad experience with staff ...

hotel stay was awesome . room was very neat and clean . staff behaviour was very good . very co operative staff and soft spoken . hope to visit again very soon room cleanness and friendly atmosphere
