I thought the place was.... fiiineeee... bordering poor. I didn't feel it was unsafe or anything and the staff that checked us in and out was very friendly. However the place is not very clean. Coffe machine at reception looks unhygienic at best, lot's of dust in the room, window was "sticky", curtain was likely never dusted. Both towels and bedsheets had unsettling stains. We decided to stay but I wouldn't recommend it. You can definitely find much better for similar prices. I suggest you look for something else, even if it's not so central. Uber is cheap (especially if you use Rikshaws) and the city isn't really walkable anyways.

I stayed here as a wedding guest from the USA. My clothes were stolen from my room and the bedsheets we were given had someone's blood on them. The air conditioning didn't work in the room. It's extremely dingy and I highly recommend that no one stays here

Great Place to stay if you are a single traveller to Bangalore or a start up founder who wants to explore the city. It is walkable from the Cubbon Park, and is not to far from Church street or MG Road too. It has a good bus connectivity to almost every major locality to Bangalore. Rooms are neat, clean and cozy. Not your typical hotel with all luxuries but great for a backpacker or single traveller.

A good experience overall. This is a new property and the interiors and ambience are excellent. They have a complementary coffee machine at the reception lobby. The unique part about this hotel is the mini library they have at the reception. Room was good and amenities provided are sufficient. Currently there's no restaurant but the location is well connected by online food delivery services like swiggy and zomato . The only minus point is that rooms are not sound proof and there was heavy music noise coming from the next room

Please avoid this place. The rooms are like ratholes. Super small and this property basement is used as urinal by public. The lift lobby at ground floor stinks. The bathroom do not have shampoo and soap dispenser. And the attitude of staff is far from good. Booked for a week but checked out in a day. They promised refund but that hasn't been paid still. Beware of this person by name Surojeet. Gives you false email Id and is pretty rude. Unfortunately he is the manager of the properties.

Horrible place..Don't book online I got scammed of my money.I kindly recommend you not to visit very Bad service the staff will not help you and they don't have the beds or facilities they promise. I will not recommend this to anyone ...there are much better stays around in walkable distances which are cheaper and better.

Please be warned if you are a light sleeper, see if you can book a room not on the street or in room 309/310. Hopefully they have solved the issue in my room, but there was little privacy and being on the street was loud all night. It is good value for the location which is central but other hotels will be more calm.

Excellent Hospitality by Olive Richmond Circle. Perfect location,So clean and good compared to other properties in the same location.Well maintained property, Free Cappuccino (24/7) Snacks Vending Machine. "Akshay" @ reception was very helpful & shows high empathy towards all customers. The facilities of the hotel are really good.Staff members are soft spoken and good listener, especially Akshay..he always ready to help with any queries. It's a pretty place to stay in.. the ambience is really good.
