Food is good, service is good and ambience is good. A little bit costly, but doesn't feel it as major factor. Over all 4 star rating.

Food was very spicy. I had ordered non-spicy food. But I was served spicy food. Even the dal item served was very salty. The same was reported to your hotel staff. Food is good, but services are very bad. You have to call the waiters for everything from spoon to tissue to water bottle. Its like they are not given any training how to serve food and put spoons in a respective way.
